Covid 19 Special Re-Opening Update!

SPECIAL COVID 19 ANNOUNCEMENT! 👰

CALLING ALL HQ BRIDES BOTH PRESENT AND FUTURE!

We are ecstatic to announce that all being well we will be reopening our doors the week commencing the 15th of June!
We have patiently waited for this moment!
The government has now announced that it is time for independent businesses to reopen. That is right ladies it is time to reopen our stunning store! (Que our excited giggles)

We are incredibly lucky to have a larger store where we can implement measures to keep you all safe and restart your bridal journeys!
We have rolled our sleeves up and are now making sure that the final preparations are underway to ensure that you not only have the most amazing memorable shopping experience but also whilst keeping you and our staff safe!

NEW POLICY’S & PROCEDURES
In order to make sure that adhere to the governments guidelines and keep both our customers and staff safe we will be introducing the following new policies in store.

TEMPORARY NEW OPENING HOURS!
We will be temporarily changing our opening hours to run by appointment only. We will be closed on Sunday and Mondays and open strictly by appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday.

APPOINTMENT ONLY SYSTEM
To help us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all parties, our store will be running by appointment only for the foreseeable future. No walk-in appointments will be accepted at this time as we will be managing the amount of people in store at any one time.

GUEST LIMIT
To help us adhere to the government guidelines, we will be limiting the number of guests that you bring with you to your bridal appointment. You will be allowed to bring ideally 1, but 2 guests MAXIMUM. Please do not try and bring extra guests as any further guests will not be allowed in store. You are more than welcome to video conference call anyone unable to attend so that they can share your special ‘Say Yes’ moment with you. We are working hard to plan & manage in store customer numbers at any one time to ensure everyone adheres to our social distancing guidelines. We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone who falls into the high-risk category as outlined by the government into our store. Unfortunately, children will also not be permitted into store at this time. As mentioned, we are happy to help accommodate video calls so that no one misses out!

SAFETY FIRST
Everyone in store – Staff, brides and guests will all be required to wear a face mask whilst in store. We have masks available to purchase for £1 each should you require one. Brides or guests that choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed to continue with the appointment and will be asked to reschedule. Hand sanitiser will be provided during your time with us. If you have any allergies please let us know in advance so that we can make alternative arrangements.
All store equipment including tape measures, clips and pens will all be sanitised in between appointments. Gowns will also be re-steamed and treated.
Appointment times will be staggered to ensure we adhere to social distancing. We will allow 30 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize fitting rooms, seating areas and our entrance area.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE HQ
Prior to entering the building, we ask that you kindly wait in your car and call the store informing us of your arrival. You may be asked to wait a few minutes to ensure that your fitting room is ready. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Not too early or too late as this could interfere with our social distancing management.

Please help us keep The HQ family safe! If you, your guests or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of coronavirus please call us to reschedule your appointment!!

FINALLY
Please do not panic if you haven’t heard from us yet. We will be getting in touch with our brides whose gowns have arrived during lockdown first, then we will be contacting our fabulous ladies on our waiting list by the end of the week. If you would like to be a first priority bride please add your details to our waiting list post on Facebook.

We appreciate that your bridal journey may look at little different however please do not worry, we will make sure that your wedding dress experience will be a fun and memorable one.
